Our Mission

Memphis Collision of Cordova is a full service, locally owned and operated Body Shop in Cordova, TN. We are here to guide and assist you through your entire repair process. We look forward to serving your auto body and repair needs.

Memphis Collision of Cordova is a state of the art facility that is current with the auto body profession. Our 11,000 square foot facility, expertise, and equipment gives us ample resources to do the job right the first time. Our body shop technicians are I-CAR certified and are skilled in all auto-body repairs. We are a Woman Owned Business through the State of Tennessee, NFIB member, accredited business through the Better Business Bureau, etc. We work hard to give our customers the quality they deserve, the first time around.

It is our mission to provide the best possible customer service to all of our customers. In our line of business, we understand that when our customers come to us, they are already experiencing the stresses of being involved in an accident. We try to take the stress of dealing with the insurance company, rental car company, etc. off of our customers so that this process is as stress free as possible. We try to let every customer know that we are only as good as the insurance company we repair for, but in turn we fix our customers vehicles as if we were putting our own children in these vehicles. We try our best to do the right thing even when no one is looking. We pride ourselves in being knowledgeable and keeping our customers “in the know” about their vehicle.
